At The INKEY List, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Safely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
